Protection starts with preparation.
A ceramic-coating proposal should explain the surface preparation, selected product, compatible areas and curing requirements. Aquarius Lux quotes aircraft protection according to the finish and condition.
Washing, decontamination and any necessary paint correction come before coating application. Existing waxes, sealants and coatings must be considered when planning preparation and compatibility.
Not every coating belongs on every aircraft component. The selected system and application areas must align with the relevant aircraft, paint and product requirements. Windows, sensors, deicing surfaces and other restricted components are not automatically included.
Hangar availability, environmental conditions and the time before the aircraft returns to service affect scheduling. Cure times and maintenance instructions should come from the selected coating system rather than a generic promise.
A protective coating can support gloss and cleaning maintenance, but it does not make an aircraft maintenance-free or prevent every scratch. Durability and any warranty depend on the specific product, application and care conditions stated in the proposal.
Preparation must follow the coating manufacturer’s instructions. Wax and other residues may interfere with bonding and may need to be removed.
No. Surface area, paint condition, correction needs, chosen system and access determine the quote.
