STATEWIDE FLORIDA COVERAGE
A cleaner facility. A better first impression.
Aquarius Lux coordinates hangar and aviation facility cleaning around access, aircraft movements and the surfaces that need attention. From a focused floor clean to a detailed interior reset, the scope starts with your building and operating schedule.
Hangar cleaning involves more than an open floor. Walls, doors, high surfaces, cabinets and storage areas collect dust and residue that can undermine an otherwise well-presented facility. We identify the accessible surfaces, finish types and operational restrictions during a walkthrough, then provide a written scope.
Available work includes floor scrubbing, localized degreasing, door-track cleaning, perimeter dust removal, wall cleaning and cleaning of cabinet and storage-box exteriors. Bird-dropping cleanup and elevated surfaces are assessed separately so access equipment, protection and cleaning methods can be planned.
Coordinate aircraft relocation, work zones, escorts and access with your facility contact. Cleaning around electrical installations requires an agreed method and any necessary isolation by the responsible facility personnel. We do not assume a whole building can be pressure washed.
Request a one-time detailed clean, scheduled maintenance or an annual facility-cleaning proposal. Frequency depends on use, surface condition, dust accumulation and the presentation standard your team needs. After-hours work is planned subject to access and crew availability.
Floor area is only one part of the estimate. Wall area, ceiling height, buildup, sensitive equipment, lift access, water restrictions, disposal arrangements and the available work window all affect scope and pricing. Send facility photos and approximate dimensions to arrange a walkthrough.
Yes. A proposal can include walls, doors, tracks, accessible high surfaces, cabinet exteriors and storage-box exteriors, with each area specifically included in the agreed scope.
That depends on clearances and the work. Aircraft relocation or isolated work zones may be necessary. Access and protection are agreed before scheduling.
Yes. We can quote recurring facility care based on the condition, use and access needs of the building.
This service covers facility cleaning. Electrical work, aircraft maintenance and building repairs are outside the cleaning scope.
