Assess the extent before quoting
Send clear photos, approximate affected areas, ceiling height and whether birds are still entering the building. Light localized residue and extensive accumulated contamination are different jobs and require different assessments.
Define included surfaces
The written scope identifies the floors, walls, doors, cabinet exteriors or storage-box exteriors to be cleaned. Sensitive equipment, porous materials and hard-to-access ledges may need separate treatment or specialist evaluation.
Plan access and site coordination
Agree work zones, aircraft relocation, access equipment and site-specific handling arrangements with the facility manager. Substantial accumulation may require a specialist remediation contractor; a cleaning assessment is not a health clearance.
Separate cleanup from prevention
Cleaning removes agreed residue; it does not prevent birds from returning. Bird exclusion, nest management and building repairs should be coordinated separately with the appropriate provider.
Questions about this service
Does this include bird removal or exclusion?
No. Bird control and exclusion are separate from the surface-cleaning scope.
Can you guarantee the facility is free of biological hazards?
No. Routine facility cleaning does not provide environmental testing or a biological-hazard clearance.
