Start with the floor finish
Identify whether the floor is coated, sealed or bare concrete and note worn coatings, cracks and existing damage. Product and equipment selection should follow the surface requirements; a test area helps establish an appropriate approach before wider cleaning.
Scrubbing and localized buildup
The agreed scope can include loose debris removal, floor scrubbing, spot degreasing and edge detail. Oil, hydraulic-fluid residue and other contaminants require individual assessment. Established stains may remain after cleaning, particularly in porous or damaged surfaces.
Tracks, edges and drainage coordination
Door tracks and perimeter edges can be included alongside the main floor. Any trench-drain work, collection of wash water and disposal arrangements must be defined in the proposal and coordinated with facility requirements.
Schedule around movement and access
Tell us the floor area, aircraft and equipment footprint, water access and opening hours. We plan work zones and the return-to-use window with your contact. Active spills, unknown substances and damaged coatings require evaluation before routine cleaning.
Questions about this service
Can all oil stains be removed?
No guaranteed stain-removal result applies to every floor. Absorption, contamination age and coating condition affect the outcome.
Is floor sealing included?
Cleaning and coating work are separate scopes. Identify any requested sealant or epoxy work during the walkthrough.
